For those who love jazz vocalise and the musicianship of these jazz instrumentalist icons of 1963, this is a very special album that likely saw limited release when first issued on the Reprise label. This issue will be no exception. The music is first class as are the performances. I hesitate to embrace a 5 star recommendation because I am unclear of where the masters were drawn from for this release. It seems that in the European continent certain records have hit public domain issue. The quality range is all over the map . The rarity is the draw and I think that makes this a must own for Jon Hendricks fans.
